We serve patients in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Patients from any state may come for consultation, but long-term care requires you to come to Ohio. However, patients in Michigan, Tennessee, Virginia, Texas, Kansas, & Iowa may have some follow-up via telehealth if they choose after their initial onsite consultation.
